Lama Al Khatieb

Lama Al Khatieb is a co-founder of Baraka Wheat, a project dedicated to bringing local wheat back to the forefront as food, economy, and society. The project established a the first processing infrastructure for local durum wheat in Jordan, bringing wheat farmers closer to the market and consumers, connecting farmers with bakeries and restaurants, and bringing local wheat flour to store shelves to reclaiming its space and competing with imported varieties.
