I am originally Palestinian and a Broadcast Journalism student at Qatar University. I believe that modern media is a powerful tool for addressing societal issues, raising awareness, and proposing solutions that can lead to positive change.

Throughout my academic journey, I have actively participated in media clubs and served as the Vice President of the Media Committee in the Debate Club. I have also taken part in various discussion sessions and worked on media projects, which have helped me understand the importance of dialogue in shaping one's character and improving the quality of media content.

In addition to these experiences, I have achieved academic and extracurricular success, maintaining a GPA of 3.97 and being included in the Dean’s List.

I have also received awards as one of the best speakers in debate tournaments, further strengthening my ability to communicate ideas effectively. I am particularly passionate about using media to shed light on issues that are often overlooked or perceived as complex, such as environmental concerns.

I believe media can break down stereotypes surrounding sustainability and make these topics more accessible to young people. By presenting diverse and engaging content, I hope to inspire action and contribute to a more sustainable mindset that balances environmental development and human well-being.
